month of Coordination

Month of Coordination (often times thought of as day of coordination) is my jam. My unique theater background perfectly prepped me for MOC and I do it better than pretty much anyone out there (if I do say so myself). This is the package for the couple who is going to do the majority of their planning and prepping on their own. If your vendors are booked, décor is crafted, and plans are made, this package is for you. I will come in and manage those vendors, set up that décor, and execute those plans so on your big day, all you have to do is sip champagne and enjoy your party.  

This package includes unlimited email/phone contact after contract signing, timeline/schedule planning, help at your rehearsal, and twelve hours of service on your wedding day. On the day of your wedding, some (just some) of the tasks I will perform include vendor coordination, venue and décor set up, ceremony guidance, announcement/MC coordination, and clean up.  I also am the point person to handle any unforeseen emergencies that might pop up.

Additional In Person Meetings (design meetings, venue walk throughs, etc.): $200 per meeting

Assistant for the Day of the Wedding: $50/hour with a minimum of six hours

Full Service Planning

I am taking on a very limited number of full service planning clients, but I would love to hear from you if you think we would be a good fit. I describe my full service wedding planning style as if your best friend happened to be a wedding planner. I love to help couples fulfill their vision (especially visions that are creative and unique!) but I am definitely not the right fit if you want a planner to make all the decisions for you. I like to work as a team with my couples, facilitating the details while leaving creative control in their hands.
